The Globe - During 1922, the STAB factorys around the World, manufactured the amount of matchboxes to be heaped up from the Earth to the moon.

The Match Musem in Jönköping is the worlds only match museum. The museum is located in the beautyful building that once was the first match factory in Jönköping.

In the museum, living match history is told. Encounter the people and machines that built up the match industy and developed it into a global operation. You will find exciting slide shows and thousands of matchboxes and labels.

The shop of the museum has a wide range of matchboxes, labels, posters, books and much more.
